firefox-esr-l10n-ach software package provides Acoli language package for Firefox ESR, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install firefox-esr-l10n-ach
firefox-esr-l10n-ach is installed in your system.
Make ensure the firefox-esr-l10n-ach package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep firefox-esr-l10n-ach *
